Wójcik Ventilation – Ducting Manufacturing Ltd. was established in 2022 in the ventilation industry, and its owner is Grzegorz Wójcik. The company employs highly qualified personnel with extensive experience, knowledge, and skills in planning, preparation, and execution of the production process, ensuring timely delivery to clients both domestically and abroad. We approach each client individually, and our guiding motto in client relations is the words of Kevin Stirtz:
„Every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not they’ll come back. We have to be great every time, or we’ll lose them.”
The key to our ongoing operations is incorporating proven experience and constructive feedback from our employees to enhance professionalism and optimization at every stage of the production process. That is why we prepare offers for our clients individually, maintaining constant communication with customers, which allows us to fulfill orders seamlessly and in the shortest possible time while avoiding additional costs from alternative solutions. This also helps us minimize production costs. Additionally, during the preparation and execution of offers, we provide technical consulting.
The most important asset of the company is its employees. Their knowledge, extensive experience, and strong dedication contribute to the efficient operation of the company. We conduct the production process in accordance with the requirements of the National Technical Assessment, and our strong point is the systematic control of all stages of the production process, which influences the quality of our product range and the timeliness of order fulfillment. These factors are confirmed by our continuously growing and dynamic base of regular clients, and our products are installed on major construction sites in Poland, Western Europe, and Scandinavia.
Due to family connections, Wójcik Ventilation – Ducting Manufacturing Ltd. is closely related to Wójcik Ventilation S.A. (which has over 25 years of experience in the assembly of ventilation components in Poland and abroad, employing over 450 highly skilled assembly workers and cooperating with numerous subcontractors) and Wójcik Transport Spedycja, which operates a fleet of several dozen large trucks and delivery vehicles. These relationships enable us to efficiently produce, deliver, and install ventilation components anywhere in Poland and Europe.
The company plans to continue its intensive development in other areas (including welding and hydraulics), which is why we invest in our people, directing them to specialized courses and training. We also systematically purchase modern equipment and machinery, gradually expanding our machine park.
